Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor IV (HVAC) to lead HVAC maintenance at Kerrville State Hospital. You will supervise staff, oversee chillers, boilers, and automated controls, and ensure life-safety standards.
Expect to plan, schedule, and deliver preventive maintenance while maintaining records and coordinating with leadership.
Required:
vocational HVAC training, 5+ years in HVAC, 4+ years in supervision, EPA 608 certification within 6 months, and
