CDM Smith in the United States is seeking an estimator who prepares design/build, engineer, construction management, guaranteed maximum price, and hard-bid estimates. You will analyze quotations prior to bid day and evaluate bids from subcontractors for completeness and delivery time.
You will develop subcontractor and vendor scopes, enter quantity take-offs, and provide guidance to junior staff in estimating procedures and software. Travel is 10% or less.
