The Supervisor position ensures that exceptional customer service is provided; including interacting with guests, answering guest inquiries, and effectively handling complaints while maintaining professionalism and a friendly positive attitude that supports HAP service excellence values. The Dining Room Supervisor oversees the daily front-of-house operations and actively participates in ongoing training. This position supervises and motivates team members in line with company standards.
