Senior Electrical Engineer, PE

Alaska PE or Reciprocal Required

$160,000+ DOE - PME Certification a Plus

Our client in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Senior Electrical Engineering Professional to take the lead in designing large-scale power systems. They lead in their field by providing a full suite of engineering and inspection services, while being committed to their core values (and living them)!

• Perform electrical calculations (load analysis, circuit sizing, etc.)
• Design power systems, grounding, panels, cable trays, lighting, controls
• Create data sheets, bills of materials, and cost estimates
• Review submittals, provide construction support, and conduct inspections
• Contribute to proposals, fee/schedule estimates, and business development
• Mentor junior team members
• Other duties as needed

• 7+ Years of Experience in Leadership and Project Management
• Experience in the design of power generation and distribution for 480V and 15kV systems is preferred
• Proficiency in National Electrical Codes and office software (AutoCAD, Easy Power, etc.)
• Arctic engineering design experience is an asset

• Power system experience at voltage levels greater than 15kV
• Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
