We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and placing talent within AI, tech, data science, strategy, and analytics domains. The ideal candidate will bring a book of business and demonstrate the ability to develop new client relationships, drive business growth, and execute full-cycle searches.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in AI, tech, data science, analytics, and strategy.
• Develop and expand client relationships to generate new search opportunities.
• Leverage existing book of business to drive immediate results.
• Identify, engage, and assess top-tier candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
• Provide market insights and talent advice to clients, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality search execution and candidate experience.

• 3+ years of executive search experience in AI, technology, data science, analytics, or strategy
• Proven book of business and ability to generate client leads independently
• Strong network of professionals in relevant industries
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
