QA Engineer - AI Skills

We are seeking a motivated QA Engineer with 12 years of experience in manual testing, automation using Selenium, API testing (Postman & Rest Assured), and familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools.

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications
• Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
• Log, track, and retest defects using tools like Jira
• Conduct exploratory and usability testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
• Execute automated regression suites
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
• Perform API automation testing using Postman / Rest Assured
• Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage
• Validate AI/ML models for accuracy, bias, performance, and reliability
• Test AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendations, or predictive modules
• Use AI-driven testing tools for test case generation, self-healing scripts, or defect prediction
• Perform data validation and evaluate model outputs against expected results
• Collaborate with data teams to verify datasets used in AI systems

• 12 years experience in software quality assurance/testing.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and other Functional testing.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Practical experience in automation testing using Selenium Web Driver.
• Experience in API testing with Postman and Rest Assured.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, Mabl, Testsigma, Gemini).
• Basic programming/scripting skills in Java.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
