Peace Health - - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues, test software, make modifications, implement upgrades, assist in the identification of software needs and provide user guidelines and training.;
Maintains data, develops, documents, and generates reports, maximize system capabilities for tracking and reporting on information.;
Acts as primary resource for delivery of technology needs and the translation of those need to information technology systems, researching solutions and redirecting as needed.;
Work with System IT Caregivers, key stakeholders and Vendors as needed to maintain, upgrade, install new or replace software, hardware, etc.;
Analyzes structure and workflow through unit, recommends changes that optimize data integrity and use of information technology.
