CNA – LTC​/SNF

CNA Position in Long-Term Care/SNF Setting

This position requires a qualified CNA to provide essential patient care in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting. The role involves supporting clinical staff and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes.
• Support clinical staff with mobility and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient environment.
• Follow facility protocols and compliance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

• CNA certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in LTC, SNF, or Home Health preferred.
• Demonstrate strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronic health records is preferred.
