We are a local art-based business in Ketchikan, Alaska that is open all year. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing detail‑oriented individual to join our wonderful team this summer! If you have a great attitude and are looking for anywhere between 34-38 hours a week of work in a great encouraging environment we welcome you to apply!
The right applicant would possess the following traits- Must be able to work independently
- No transportation issues when it comes to getting to work on time.
- Has basic cash handling skills (if not, we can train)
- Outgoing, Energetic, Great Attitude
- Ability to take directions and follow-through with tasks
- Follow multi-step directions
- Be a team-player
- Experience with a modern POS system is helpful, but will train.
- Visual merchandising
- Recieving freight and inventory
- Restocking and managing inventory
- Engaging with customers
- Sales
- Basic cleaning duties
- Other duties as assigned by manager or owner
- Occassional errands
Pay depending on prior experience and employee discounts.
