District Sales Manager - Paylater (Palu)
- Full-time
- Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
- Daily visit to merchant
- Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the program's sales target can be met
- Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
- Handle around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters
- Monitor daily activities of Promoters
- Conduct field team training and refresher training for promoters
- Monitor data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
- Familiar with MS Office and Excel
- Have strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area
- Have good Communication skill and Marketing skill with media social
