Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Water Plant Foreman, this position performs some preventive maintenance and routine/emergency repairs of the City's water and wastewater systems.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance and routine/emergency repairs of the City's water and wastewater systems under the supervision of the Water Plant Foreman.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on water and sewer lines requiring basic hand tools.
- Manually clean sewer line blockages.
- Repair leaks or line breaks.
- Assist in the maintenance of the sewer lagoon.
- Valid AK Drivers License.
This is a seasonal position with work available between May 1 and Oct 31.
