Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team in Kettering. You will step up when the General Manager isn’t around and lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.
You’ll support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, inspire the pub team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. Previous Deputy Manager experience in a similar branded environment is desirable.
