CBRE, Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician in Kettering. The role entails managing risks associated with onsite equipment, ensuring efficient plant operation, and performing fault-finding on HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical qualifications, proven experience in HVAC maintenance, and the ability to supervise contractors. This position may also require overtime and participation in an on-call rota for emergencies. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.
