Maintenance Electrician – No Call Out
Location:
Kettering
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Permanent position within a 3‑person engineering team on a static site. Working days Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Perform PPM tasks – emergency lighting, tap temps, fire door and bay door inspections, etc.
- Handle minor reactive works.
- Manage contractors.
- Carry out minor fabric works, e.g., basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets).
- Qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ).
- Previous experience in a maintenance role.
- Willingness to work on all aspects of facility maintenance.
- Permanent position with a basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
