Position Summary
Maintenance Electrician - No Call Out
Location:
Kettering
Salary: £40,000 per annum
- PPM tasks – emergency lighting, tap temps, fire door and bay door inspections etc.
- Minor reactive works
- Contractor management
- Minor fabric works – basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc.)
Qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to handle all aspects of facility maintenance.
BenefitsPermanent position, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
