Our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their busy team. Candidates should have a legal qualification ideally, or experience in a relevant office role such as estate agency or mortgage administration.
Hours of work: 9am‑5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls accordingly.
- Acknowledging and opening new files.
- Acknowledging incoming purchase contracts.
- Opening and distributing incoming post on a daily basis.
- Diarising and chasing client forms.
- Inputting and dealing with sales memos.
- Requesting and chasing redemption figures.
- Diarising and chasing purchase contracts.
- Issuing sale contracts.
