Property Administrator – Kettering
Full time, Permanent. Competitive : IPRS
7526. Our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their busy team.
Hours of work: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for candidates with a legal qualification ideally – or with some experience within a relevant office role – for example in estate agency or mortgage administration.
Responsibilities- Answering the telephone and transferring calls accordingly
- Acknowledging and opening new files
- Acknowledging incoming purchase contracts
- Opening and distributing incoming post on a daily basis
- Diarising and chasing client forms
- Inputting and dealing with sales memos
- Requesting and chasing redemption figures
- Diarising and chasing purchase contracts
- Issuing sale contracts
Good administration and organisational skills, a confident telephone manner and a strong customer service ethos are essential.
