Torch Technologies is looking for a Cost Estimator (Journeyman) to work in Kettering, OH. This position involves using cost estimating methods to assess the impacts of various factors on project costs, analyzing contractor financial data, and performing various analytical processes. Applicants should have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least three years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience with certifications.
