Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Kettering

Salary: up to £31,000 per annum plus benefits

Main duties:

• Be responsible for managing customer enquiries ensuring a high level of service across an international customer base.

The role:

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email providing a professional and helpful service.
• Process customer orders, credits and invoices accurately
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with relevant teams to ensure orders and services are completed on time.
• Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments
• Resolve customer issues and queries, escalating to the appropriate departments when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers, franchisees, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processes
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service

• Fluent in Dutch ( written and spoken ) essential
• Experience in a customer service or an administration role
• Excellent communication s skills with the ability to build good relationships
• Organised, confident with the ability to prioritise
• Confident in using Microsoft Office
