Architect, Engineering Design & Technologists

PSR Solutions are proud to be working with a leading architectural practice based in Kettering, recruiting for an experienced Architect to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of a range of Industrial and Commercial projects across the Midlands region. The role is predominantly office-based, with regular site visits and client meetings, offering the chance to work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to develop innovative, technically robust, and commercially viable architectural solutions.

• Lead the design and technical development of industrial and commercial projects from concept through to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation across all RIBA stages.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs are compliant with current building regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to deliver coordinated and buildable design solutions.
• Manage project programmes and design deliverables to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Attend and lead design meetings, client presentations, and site inspections as required.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and innovative design improvements.
• Promote sustainable design principles and best practice across all projects.

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration (RIBA chartership desirable).
• Proven experience working on industrial and/or commercial projects within an architectural practice.
• Strong technical design and detailing knowledge with experience across multiple RIBA work stages.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Commercial awareness and practical understanding of construction methodology.
