Kettering Health is recruiting a General Urologist to join a busy, well-established practice at our Main Campus in Dayton, Ohio. This opening offers immediate volume, strong APP support, and the ability to build a durable, high-quality practice without administrative friction.

• 7 urologists supported by 10 APPs, allowing physicians to focus on surgery and complex care rather than clinic overflow

• Broad case mix with the option to develop robotics, oncology, or general urology based on interest

• Dedicated robotics staff and reliable block OR access

• Epic EMR with streamlined clinic and procedural workflows

• DaVinci XI robotics

• Moses laser

• MRI fusion biopsy

• Aquablation, Uro Lift, Inter Stim

• Full in-office procedures including cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, stent removal, and more

• 1:6 call rotation with meaningful APP support

• Predictable schedule with shared coverage

• Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU-based productivity incentives

• 6 weeks PTO plus CME time and allowance
