OB​/GYN Collaborative Team, Level III NICU, Call | Dayton, OH

Kettering Health is seeking an OB/GYN to join an established, hospital-based womens health team at our Main Campus in Dayton, Ohio. This is a well-run, high-acuity practice with a Level III NICU, in-house anesthesia and MFM, dedicated OR block time, and a true team model where partners actively support one another in the OR and on call. The group offers predictable scheduling, a 1:8 call rotation, and the infrastructure to practice at a high level without administrative friction

• Location: Kettering Health Main Campus, Dayton, OH
  Hospital-based practice with clinic, OR, and L&D in one location

• Clinical Scope: Full-spectrum OB/GYN
  Regular and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery,
  Open to all surgical interests and subspecialty focuses

• Call: 1:8 shared rotation (upon hire)
  In-house anesthesia, neonatology, and MFM support

• Facilities & Technology:
  Level III NICU
  Dedicated block OR time with Da Vinci Xi access
  Epic EMR system-wide

• Team Structure & Support:
  8 physician partners
  3 APPs, dedicated MAs, and surgery scheduler
  Experienced OR and clinic staff

• In-Office Procedures:
  NSTs, colposcopy, endometrial ablation, LEEP

• Guaranteed base salary with productivity and quality incentives
