We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS1 Primary Teacher to support an ongoing supply need at an Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Kettering.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and adaptable teacher who can step into Key Stage 1, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and make a positive impact from day one. The role is ideal for teachers looking for stability through supply with the support of a strong school team.

• Hold QTS (or be working towards it)
• Have experience teaching Key Stage 1 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and high expectations for all pupils
• Be flexible, reliable, and confident delivering engaging lessons
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative staff team

• Well-behaved, motivated pupils
• A supportive and experienced leadership team

• Excellent resources and clear expectations
