Static Maintenance Engineer position within a Service and Maintenance team on a static site. Work typically with 2 other building services maintenance engineers. Responsibilities include M&E Planned and reactive works, some install work, and fabric maintenance (e.g., basic joinery, plumbing) in addition to electrical tasks.

• Perform PPMs, repairs, and call outs; participate in on-call rota (1 in
  3).
• Contribute to building services maintenance across the site, including fabric maintenance.
• Collaborate with a small team to complete tasks on a static site.

• Salary up to £40,000 + package (basic £38,000 + £2,000 bonus)
• 40-hour week
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays
• On call payment
• OT time over 40 hours (weekdays, evenings, weekends)

• Experience performing PPM and reactive repairs on various buildings – Essential
• Electrical background and health and safety knowledge – Desirable
• C&G or NVQ level 2 or above – Desirable
• Building fabric maintenance – Desirable
• CRB/ Disclosure check – Essential
