You’ll become the most technically focused Program Manager within a close-knit team, taking ownership of high-value aerospace programmes from planning through to delivery. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, production readiness and continuous improvement across the business, whilst building the skills needed to progress into senior leadership.

This role would suit an engineer with program management experience who is looking for technical progression, greater responsibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace programmes.

• Manage aerospace programmes from planning through to successful delivery, balancing cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Act as the primary customer contact while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams.
• Lead technical problem-solving, risk management, root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Receive ongoing mentorship, cross-training and clear progression into senior technical and leadership roles.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace or similar).
• Experienced in Program Management within manufacturing.
• Machining knowledge within aerospace.
