Teller, Finance & Banking

MyUSA Credit Union is a member-owned, over $350 million financial institution with offices in Middletown (2), Trenton, Kettering (2), Moraine, Springfield and Vandalia.

We are seeking interested candidates for a Teller position at our Kettering (Dorothy Lane) location.

MyUSA Tellers provide extraordinary member service both in person and over the phone, following standards set forth by the Credit Union. Flexibility may be required of this role to accommodate staffing needs at other (local) branch locations.

• Accurately process member transactions
• Successfully sell / refer products and services to new and existing members through anticipating our members’ financial needs
• Ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where individuals are encouraged to be self-starters, but also work well in collaboration with team members

• Previous sales and cash handling experience preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
• Possess team “attitude” and professionalism at all times
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate computer and standard office equipment
• Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent
