• Leading and supporting nursing staff with clarity, empathy, and high standards
• Overseeing infection prevention and control programs (policies, audits, surveillance)
• Educating staff on best practices (hand hygiene is your love language)
• Monitoring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to keep residents safe and healthy
• Being the calm, knowledgeable voice when things get complicated

• Licensed RN or LPN (required)
• Experience in nursing leadership and infection prevention (LTC experience a big plus)
• Strong knowledge of CDC, CMS, and state regulations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• A leader who can enforce standards and build trust
