Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech‑Language Pathologist for a travel job in Kettering, Ohio.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for a diverse adult population in a skilled nursing and short‑term rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support functional recovery, discharge planning, and safe swallowing outcomes.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Ohio state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing and short‑term rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive‑communication assessment, and adult neurogenic disorders preferred.

• Previous travel or per diem experience in long‑term care or SNF environments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records used in post‑acute care.
• Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills.
