Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients across all settings, collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Maintain professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safe care, delegation, and participation in improvement activities.
• Align nursing practices with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and philosophies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE); new graduates preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (completion within 5 years of hire).
• Refresher course may be required for nurses returning after 5+ years.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications as per unit scope.
