As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care, build lasting relationships with patients and families, and be part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to improving lives every day.

** What You'll Do
*** Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
* Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
* Observe and report changes in patient condition
* Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
* Complete required documentation
** Qualifications
* ** STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
* 1+ year of caregiving experience
* Valid driver's license and auto insurance
* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
