• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in skilled nursing and short‑term rehab settings.
• Ability to manage typical SNF caseloads including post‑operative care, fall risk reduction, and chronic condition management.
• Resume required for submission; candidate start date and experience will influence placement priority.
• All candidates are welcome; must meet facility screening and credentialing requirements.
• Preferred: previous travel therapy experience and familiarity with electronic medical record systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities.
