Mobile Phlebotomist – Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas. About the Job:
If you''re interested in working for yourself as an independent contractor, Affiliated Medical Services, LLC is looking for a Part-time Mobile Phlebotomist.

• The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
• The candidate will travel to the patient''s location for appointments.
• Paid per appointment/event, this is not an hourly or salary-paid position.
• Bi-Weekly Pay.
• Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.

• Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples above as required.
• Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
• Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, medical history, and EKG''s
• Accurately labeling all samples.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, which include detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results.

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge regarding HIPAA law.
• Detail-oriented.
• Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
