Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits across the service area.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and document per CMS and agency requirements.
- Schedule flexibility to participate in weekend rotation and potential holiday availability as needed.

Columbus is about a 30–35 minute commute, providing cultural venues, professional sports, and major airport access for occasional travel needs.

Jackson Therapy Partners Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
