Kids Express and Urgent Care Tech

Responsibilities

• Supporting nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians in delivering patient care
• Handling patient information with confidentiality and understanding of privacy standards
• Complying with the hospital’s safety management policies to maintain a hazard-free environment
• Adapting to census fluctuations and meeting the evolving needs of both internal and external customers

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 1 year of PCA, STNA, or Medical Assistant experience is required
• 1 year customer service experience is required
• Experience documenting in an electronic medical record (EMR) is required
• Certified Medical Assistant is strongly preferred
