We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team at a Skilled Nursing facility in Kettering and Centerville, Ohio. The 2 facilities are 3 miles apart. If you're passionate about helping patients maximize independence, improve function, and achieve meaningful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services
  • Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, cognition, strength, and functional independence
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in care plan and discharge planning meetings
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff
  • Recommend equipment and interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and billing
  • Comply with all state licensure, regulatory, and professional practice standards

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative healthcare team
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
