Overview

Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) provides skilled home care and hospice services, caring for patients where they spend the majority of their time – in their homes.

How You'll Work

You’ll provide recruitment and talent support for assigned agency locations. You will work side by side with hiring leaders to identify staffing needs for positions such as RNs, LPNs, MSWs, Therapy staff, Home Health Aides and office personnel, and help build a talent pipeline aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

Major Areas of Responsibility
  • Strategize:
    Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Customer Service:
    Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Workflow:
    Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage job advertisements, and oversee workflow in the applicant tracking system.
  • Teamwork:
    Partner with other Talent Specialists and Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Policies:
    Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policy and legal requirements for talent acquisition processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience, with healthcare or nurse recruitment strongly preferred.
  • Strong social media recruitment and sourcing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems and databases.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and handle all physical demands of the role.
  • Occasional travel to partner locations.
