Supply Chain Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Job Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for planning, implementing and controlling efficient, effective flow and storage of goods and services from the external supply chain to internal Solvita operations up to the point of consumption and replenishment. Maintain operational supply functions in accordance with all relevant regulatory requirements, standard operating policies/procedures, and applicable laws. Responsible for all applicable documentation and inspection‑ready operations.

Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in multiple facets of the supply chain, including buying, material and information flow, inventory control and distribution.
• Previous supervisory experience.

• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Must be a proficient PC user.
• Must understand concepts of business process documentation and improvement.
• Must possess solid decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to coach and communicate.
• Must follow directions and work independently without direct supervision.
• Must be focused, organized and detail‑oriented to focus on specific tasks for long periods of time.
• Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to pass the test for and maintain an operator's permit for the Fork Truck.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds repeatedly and without assistance.
• Must meet driver insurability standards as established by CBC/CTS.
