This position is for a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based in Kettering, OH at the Town and Country branch.

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients.
• Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni‑channel environment.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and manage risk, compliance and operational issues.
• Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching and development.
• Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and grow branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth.
• Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
• Coach to consultative selling and enable customer financial well‑being.
• Guide employees through onboarding, coaching, development and performance management.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to PNC policies and procedures.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Key qualifications include:

• 3+ years of related experience in branch banking or a comparable customer service role.
• Strong customer‑focus skills and ability to develop customized solutions.
• Managing risk and understanding of compliance requirements.
• People management and coaching skills.
• Strong sales acumen and knowledge of bank products.

• Accountability, Client Counseling, Customer Experience, Customer Loyalty, Decision Making, People Management, Proactive Behavior, Results‑Oriented.
• Branch Banking Services, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management.

No degree required, but related experience or product knowledge is necessary. A comparable combination of education, certification and experience may be considered.

Notary Public license is required. No other certifications mandated.

Base Salary: $70,125.00 – $ (salaries may vary by location, market data, experience and education). This role is incentive eligible.
