Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Vice President, Marketing & Sales is responsible for translating the company's commercial strategy into coordinated execution across sales, sales operations, product and portfolio marketing, and Integrated Business Planning. The Vice President leads the development and implementation of market and customer insights, portfolio priorities, demand forecasts, pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and commercial capabilities to achieve established revenue, margin, market share, and new product introduction goals.
This role develops high-performing teams, drives cross-functional alignment, ensures disciplined business planning and execution, monitors performance, and provides the Chief Commercial Officer with timely recommendations and execution support to advance sustainable growth in the company's target markets and achieve the company's business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Sales or sales operations experience with strong experience in market, pricing,
- and contract analysis.
- Portfolio and marketing management experience.
- Experience managing teams.
- Strong understanding of successful strategic contracting elements.
- Proven experience with product launches and the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Proven history of revenue, margin, and market share growth within portfolio, business, or franchise segments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Forecasting/Modeling software, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Power Bi.
- Exceptionally effective communication skills (verbal and written). Capable of creating, communicating and executing directives to team members and communicating a coherent strategy to Executive Leadership.
- Experience presenting to Executive Leadership.
- Strong ability to assemble, assimilate, and interpret/translate data into actionable strategic initiatives.
- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
- On occasion, you must be able to attend trade shows and conventions for several hours at a time.
- On occasion, you must be able to transport a container weighing 20lbs.
- Will occasionally present to Executive Leadership.
