Production Line Assembler

The Production Line Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies in accordance with work orders, assembly instructions, and quality standards. This role supports production and order fulfillment efforts and may assist in other areas of Production and Shipping as needed.

• Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Prepare work for assembly by work order reviews, parts lists and assembly instructions
• Assemble components and subassemblies, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening
• Inspect assembled components to verify compliance with quality and specification requirements
• Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor
• Accurately document production activities and work order completion in the ERP system
• Routinely package subassemblies in designated materials for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse, production, or shipping tasks as assigned
• Contribute to overall team performance and production goals

• Basic understanding of assembly manuals and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of production or assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
