What We’re Looking For:
Active STNA certification (Ohio)
A genuine passion for helping others (this part matters most)
Reliability—you show up, especially when others are sleeping
Ability to work independently but still be a team player
Strong communication and observation skills
Comfortable working overnight hours and staying alert

Have prior long-term care or nursing home experience
Can handle quiet nights and unexpectedly busy ones Bring good energy (coffee help, but kindness works better)
