What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Assess residents and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and the care team
• Document care like a pro (because if it's not charted… you know the rest)
• Be a calm, confident presence for residents, families, and staff

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
• Ability to jump in and adapt quickly to different shifts and situations
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, resident-first mindset
