Hospice LPN FT nights
Full Time Direct Patient Care Dayton, OH, US
This is a FT night shift position, 7pm-7am Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun. This is a driving position delivering care to patients living in facilities and homes within Ohio's Hospice South region.
Qualifications of this role:
- LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
