Hospice LPN – Making every moment matter
As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you ll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.
This is a PRN night shift position with the hours of 8pm-8am delivering care to patients living in homes and facilities across Ohio s Hospice South region
Qualifications- LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver s License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
