Salary: $28 - $38 per hour

Are you a detail-driven CNC Machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and problem-solving? This is an opportunity to join a stable, growing precision machining environment where your skills directly impact product quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Approximately 45 hours per week

Core hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

• Pay negotiable based on experience

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, models, and specifications
• Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC Lathes
• Measure and inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, indicators, CMMs, optical comparators, and other precision gauges
• Troubleshoot issues
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve tooling challenges
• Select appropriate metals and materials based on specifications, performance requirements, and material properties
