Bench Site Manager - Flying Ace Express Car Wash

$65,000 base salary with bonus opportunities. Qualified candidates will manage all aspects of the site, maintaining a customer‑service culture and ensuring sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention goals are met.

• Create and maintain a customer service culture.
• Serve as main point of contact for all customer service issues.
• Maintain sales goals and promote unlimited wash club memberships.
• Ensure site appearance and performance meet quality standards.
• Motivate and lead the team, setting and monitoring goals related to sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Maintain knowledge of wash equipment and process to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage site scheduling and labor budgets.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory management and place orders.
• Directly manage and assess all employees on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer‑facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with proven de‑escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on motivating teams.
• Must be able to close the site one night per week.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift; work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment; work outdoors in all weather conditions; wear required safety equipment at all times; lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
