Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals by generating insurance quotes, delivering presentations, closing sales, and consistently pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Perform proactive lead generation through cold calling, direct emails, and other outreach methods while gathering and entering prospect information accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls promptly, returning messages quickly, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records by documenting all customer interactions in eAgent and verifying/updating contact and policy information during each communication.
  • Follow all compliance and underwriting guidelines to ensure proper rating, documentation, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Sales readiness and experience:
    Minimum one year of sales experience (successful background preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle rejection, stress, and challenging situations professionally.
  • Motivated, driven, and goal‑oriented:
    Highly self‑motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and committed to hard work, excellence, and going the extra mile.
  • Positive, coachable attitude:
    Enthusiastic, optimistic, resourceful, eager to learn (insurance experience not required), and receptive to coaching and growth opportunities.
  • Strong customer and phone skills:
    Professional phone etiquette, excellent listening and closing abilities, and talent for opening doors, securing appointments, and engaging prospects from a cold start.
  • Organized team player:
    Able to multitask, follow through, collaborate well with colleagues, and maintain a positive, career‑minded approach while holding a required Property & Casualty license.
