Byrider is growing! A Sales Manager is needed at our Dayton, OH branch to lead both sales and finance/collections operations. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with a monthly bonus, health/dental/vision, 401k and PTO.
You will hire, train, and guide a high-performing team to hit targets while delivering excellent customer experience. Expect to manage the full sales cycle, underwriting decisions, and forecast performance metrics.
