Overview
To be part of the day-to-day operational management of North Northamptonshire Council’s Repairs and Maintenance Team and Contractors, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function ensuring the Council as a landlord is compliant with its statutory and legal obligations.
Qualifications- Technical qualification and accreditation allowing for the supervision of gas works:
The Gas Safety (Installation and use) regulations 1998. - Must hold a valid UK driving licence – travel to site.
- Experienced boiler installer duties, including carrying out safety checks, servicing and odd repairs.
- No working from home.
