HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and recommending upgrades on HVAC systems in residential properties. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and ensure all systems operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.
- Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and next steps in a professional, friendly way.
- Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes.
- Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician. - Licenses:
Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license. - Skills:
Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. - Competitive salary:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
